Our Business
Nebula has been implementing computerized business solutions for small/medium size companies since 1994. We not only provide the business software, but also undertake functions outsourced to us by our clients. As management consultants, we realized very early on that most small/medium companies did not possess the complete range of skills to solve all the major problems faced by them. Without these skills, even the best business software in the world cannot be implemented successfully.
All our business solutions are built to satisfy the exact needs of the clients, with no workarounds and unnecessary processes that only serve to confuse the users. We also make of a careful analysis of the right technology to use, taking into account its costs versus benefits, as well as the potential needs of the clients. This is to avoid investing in an expensive technology that ends up becoming a white elephant, or becomes obsolete long before its benefits are realized.
When there is a mismatch of skills in any of the functional areas, we will also do the work for the clients as an outsourcing partner. The clients pay according to their needs, instead of hiring full time staff to do part-time work. The areas out-sourced to us include: accounting, financial controlling, production planning, production controlling, business planning, etc.
