ERP (an acronym for Enterprise Resource Planning) is the process of managing your business to achieve your plans and objectives.  Information Technology is used to automate the process, which is otherwise too time-consuming and costly to implement at the detail level.  A good ERP can help you co-ordinate all the activities in your company, reduce waste, and boost the productivity of your staff.

Nebula can do anything that these established brands can do, but we do it at a fraction of their costs and time requirements.  Our focus is on finding the best solution for your problems, and the simplest way to implement these solutions.

What make us unique is that we have been able to automate the process of getting the solutions into our software without having to change a single line of code in the program.  This will ensure that our clients will not end up with a white elephant because it cannot solve problems that had not been pre-programmed into the system.

A good software is no guarantee that the ERP will be implemented successfully.  What’s more important are the people inside the organization who can identify problems and have the expertise to solve them.

Even before we put our signature on the dotted line, we will study your business to let us gauge whether we can meet your needs and expectations.  And if we do proceed with the mission, we can also become your outsourcing agent for those functions that you currently lack the in-house expertise.

All our consultants are manager first, and programmer last.  In fact, given the flexibility of our software, our consultants don’t need any programmers to help deliver the solution.  We have also taught many of our clients’ internal users how to customize the system to meet their specific needs.

What kinds of investment am I looking at?

The software investment will be minimal.  Most of your investment will go to the services of a consultant who is expected to know every aspect of your business in detail.  And you can also obtain some financing from LETAs to lighten your burden.  Still, you can compare our quotation with any of the numerous competitors.  We have yet to find any competitor who can match us when it comes to value for money.
