Right from the beginning, we wanted a software that can meet any business requirements without the need for further programming.  Users with no programming knowledge should be able to change the software to meet their needs. 

Currently, a high proportion of the costs of a business software goes to hiring programmers and software engineers.  And when changes are required, many of these IT costs have to be repeated.  This makes business applications costly and time-consuming to implement, and we end up with a software that appears more to save on software costs than to solve business problems.

Our Advantage

Over the years we have develop a general purpose software that can meet more than 99% of our clients’ requirements without the need to change the program.  Of course we aim for 100%, but the un-predictability of business processes and the limitations of current technology means that some aspects of business logic still need to be encoded.

Still, we have a product that cuts down the software cost to less than 5% of the total cost of a project.  You pay for consultants who really understand your business, instead of consultants who care more about programming.  The end result is a solution that caters more closely to your business requirements.

This does not mean that you have to incur a lot on consultancy services.  In most instances, we will be able to find a solution that is just right for your industry and your own business environment.  Our consultants just have to add the finishing touches and your will be ready to go.  And with the co-operation of the users, the software can be implemented very quickly.

Our Challenge

It is not often that we can work with users who understood the complex relationships of their own companies’ business processes.  Many business processes used by small/medium size companies are ad-hoc and often handed down from previous employees.  The root of many business problems can often be traced to the use of unproductive, erroneous, or even risky business processes.

Each business process forms part of an integrated chain, with many cause and effect relationships.  Our consultants are able to identify the few critical processes that gave rise to the entire change of events and affect the outcome.  By establishing controls for these critical processes, we are able to eliminate un-necessary work, increase productivity, and avoid many mishaps.  It is this ability to control critical processes that determines the quality of the software, not the technology and programming behind the software.
